Lecturer
Vardan Khachatryan is a seasoned attorney at law. Presently, he holds the position of Group Chief Legal Officer and member of the board of directors at Fastex, where he oversees the global legal and compliance groups. Before joining Fastex, Mr. Khachatryan practiced law at prestigious law firms and advised clients on private equity, venture capital, and banking and finance matters.
Mr. Khachatryan is a co-founder and member of the board of the Web3 Armenia Foundation.
He received his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law and he is admitted to the New York Bar.
