Vardan Khachatryan is a seasoned attorney at law and financial services executive. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Fast Shift Limited, a Malta- based electronic money institution licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Previously, Mr. Khachatryan served as Group Chief Legal Officer and member of the board of directors at Fastex, where he oversaw the global legal and compliance groups. Before that, he practiced law at prestigious law firms, advising clients on private equity, venture capital, and banking and finance matters.
Mr. Khachatryan is a co-founder and member of the board of the Web3 Armenia Foundation. He received his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law and is admitted to the New York Bar.
