Tatevik Danielyan

Lecturer

Tatevik Danielyan has joined the AUA faculty since 2018. Tatevik is a Founding Partner of ADS Partners law firm. She completed her LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley Law School, focusing on corporate acquisitions and securities regulation. She also holds the LL.M. from the American University of Armenia. She has been working at Arlex International law firm for more than five years and has handled project finance transactions in renewable energy sector advising strategic investors on the first utility-scale solar and wind projects in Armenia. Tatevik has experience with public private partnership (PPP), large financing and acquisition transactions, sovereign bond issuances, to name but few.
