In her position, Stella kindly supports students and recent alumni in career planning and smooth transition from the university to the labor market. She continues building long-lasting relations with employers, alumni and students - bringing them together, expanding the partnerships, developing strategies, planning and organizing different career-related events and activities. She is a Certified Career Advisor by the International Association of Career Advisors.
Stella demonstrated her true commitment and professionalism in everything she has done so far working in different units of AUA: Alumni and Career Development Office, Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, AUA Faculty and Student Services. With her comprehensive professional experience and institutional memory, she is always ready to support and be a part of many university-wide initiatives. As a responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic community member and team player, Stella serves in different committees such as AUA Staff Assembly, AUA Ethics and Grievance Committee, and Commencement and Graduation Committee (for several years).
Being a long-serving and devoted AUA employee, Stella was honored to receive the "Staff Excellence in Service" award in 2022.
