Smbat Aghekyan joined CSE as a Teaching Assistant in 2019 for Single Variable, ODE, Multi-Variable, and Optimization courses. Dr. Aghekyan received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Yerevan State University in 2019, where he has also been serving as an Assistant Lecturer for many courses, including Mathematical Analysis, Numerical Analysis, Introduction to Algorithms, and Machine Learning. He spent a half year as a postdoctoral fellow at Southern Federal University, Russia. He has research interests in boundary value problems, operator theory, and machine learning.
