Ruzan Mkhitaryan

Instructor

Ruzan Mkhitaryan, born in 1984 in Yerevan, was granted her MA degree (diploma) by Yerevan State University, the faculty of Romance-Germanic Languages, English department. In 2006, she earned her MA in English Philology at YSU. The topic of her MA thesis was “The Inserted Clauses in English Literature”. She has started teaching English since 2005 when she joined the staff of “Gitelik” University in Yeghegnadzor. Later, in 2008, she continued her teaching career in Armenian State University of Economics, Yeghegnadzor branch as an English intructor. Since 2018 she has worked in public schools as well. After the completion of the Certificate program in 2019 she teaches at AUA Open Education where she is one of the instructors of General English courses provided by AUA.

 Besides teaching Ruzan has worked as a freelance translator for different companies and has carried out some research in the field of inclusive education in Armenia, which has enhanced her expertise in various aspects of teaching and learning.
