
Rafayel Ghasabyan has more than 15 years of professional experience, including around 10 years in managing systems engineering firms. Rafayel founded and is managing an Engineering service company that operates in the field of smart machinery, automation, and edutech. The company has customers from all over the world and is CSIA and ISO9001 certified.
He has also set up a consumer electronics assembly factory in Armenia in 2014. Rafayel has mentored and couched multiple startups helping them to start and scale in their businesses. Rafayel has successfully completed the Leadership Principles for Scientists, Engineers, and Researchers course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Rafayel has joined AUA in 2020 as an Adjunct Lecturer.
