Dr. Madlene Minassian is a recognized leader in education, human resources development, and coaching. As Head of Learning & Development at Picsart, she is integral to empowering the global team. As an early employee, her strategic contributions at Picsart have significantly accelerated the unicorn's growth across multiple domains including community development, content programming, trust & safety, international marketing, and corporate affairs.
A California native, Minassian holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, complemented by a Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Armenian Studies (UCLA). Her roles extend beyond the corporate sphere as an adjunct lecturer at the American University of Armenia and as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, where she applies her expertise to individuals, teams, and organizations alike.
Madlene also contributes to her community as a board member for several non-profit organizations. As a dedicated and compassionate leader, she is unswervingly committed to helping others realize their aspirations and make a substantial impact in the world.
