Lusine Tonoyan

Lusine Tonoyan graduated from Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute (Diploma with Honors) in 2001. Concentration is English Language and Literature. 

She got her PhD in Pedagogy in 2013. Concentration is Teaching and Education Methodology (English). She has several articles published in local and international journals, in particular on communicative language teaching. She has also participated in several conferences, workshops and trainings. Since 2003 Lusine Tonoyan has been working in the State University of Shirak (SUSh) as an Assistant Professor. Since 2014 she has been working at AUA Open Education in Gyumri as a General English Course Instructor. She delivers classes on General English, runs classes for teenagers, compiles and grades mid and final tests. Her main focus while teaching is on the improvement of communicative competence in language skills since it is absolutely essential in different social settings, as well as in various academic and work environments at present.
