Milena Hovhannisyan is the TEFL Program Coordinator at the American University of Armenia, where she supports the coordination of academic and administrative processes, program activities, student-related matters, and communication with faculty, students, and partners.
She holds an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from AUA and a BA in Translation and Intercultural Communication from Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov. Milena has over ten years of experience in English language instruction in both online and in-person settings, with expertise in General English, Business English, ESP, and IELTS preparation. Her professional interests include student-centered instruction, curriculum and materials development, assessment, and the integration of digital tools in language teaching.
