Gabriel Balayan is an associate professor of law, a Fulbright Scholar and an IREX Fellow. He’s earned his degree in History from Yerevan State University. He got his second degree in Law from the Yerevan State University. He got his PhD in Law from Yerevan State University.
He has been teaching various legal disciplines at Yerevan State Linguistic University, Yerevan, Armenia, “Lomonosov” Moscow State University, Yerevan State Medical University, Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Public Administration Academy of RA and etc.
