Dr. Emilya Khachatryan is an experienced information technology professional with more than 15 years of experience in software development, project and program management, with a particular focus on the implementation of web-based programme management information systems.
Dr. Khachatryan also experienced lecturer in IT Project Management subject. She is passionate for the subject, teaching, and learning. She values real world-learning. She is always prepared for each session, knowing the material and how to communicate it. She is staying updated and Informed, being able to convey both new and old methods. Her goal is to keep each session memorable, interactive, and practical.
Dr. Khachatryan has profound knowledge and experience in Monitoring and Evaluation tools, Logical and Result Framework approaches, Theory of Change based Evaluations, Impact and Result Evaluations, Indicators Tracking methods. She played a central role in the development of business intelligence solutions for M&E systems – Synergy Indicata.
Dr. Khachatryan has outstanding communication skills, which enables her to skillfully convey complex technical ideas in a clear and easily understandable manner. In addition, she is well experienced in preparing high quality project documentation, including regular progress reports. Dr. Khachatryan holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Yerevan Engineering University and an MBA from American University of Armenia. Dr. Khachatryan holds PMP certificat. Dr. Khachatryan has excellent knowledge of web-based programming languages and databases. Dr. Khachatryan is highly proficient in English, Russian, and Armenian.
