Dr. Dzovinar Melkom Melkomian is a Research Associate at the Zvart Avedisian Onanian Center for Health Services Research and Development (CHSR). She graduated from the State Agrarian University in 2003, with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. In 2011 she received a Master of Public Health degree (MPH) and in 2013 a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree; both from the American University of Armenia (AUA). She began working at CHSR immediately after receiving her MPH degree in 2011. She received a merit based named scholarship during her studies in the MPH program.
