Dr. Arsen Arakelyan, Ph.D.

Dr. Arsen Arakelyan, Ph.D., is the director of the Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB), the director of the Institute of Biomedicine and Pharmacy of the Russian Armenian University (RAU). In 2011 he established Bioinformatics Group focusing on “-omics” bioinformatics of chronic diseases/cancers, studies of genomic variability, drug repositioning and systems biology.
