Artur Khalatyan has been teaching Design and Innovation of Information Systems to CSE graduate students and Building a Learning Organization to undergraduate students at AUA since 2015.
From 2019 to Spring 2025, he also served as the Program Chair of the ME in IESM program. With 10 years in Management Consultancy with UK and US technology consultancy firms and 15 years in Education Management, Artur Khalatyan developed a lifelong interest in Learning Design, Instructional Design, and Designing Information Tools, Processes and Systems for implementing advanced pedagogy in secondary schools and universities at scale. He is a World Bank, Government and EU consultant on CS Curriculum Development and Education Management Information System Design. His key specialties include Soft Skills Development, Implanting Systems Thinking in Organizations, Technology Driven Change Management, Instructional Technology, Education Management. Artur Khalatyan is obsessed with process, especially the Teaching and Learning Process and a strong believer that everyone is capable of learning and becoming a great teacher. Active Learning, Inquiry and Project Based Learning are all possible to implement at scale, through developing great processes, resources and tools to make every single class and lesson much more enjoyable, attainable and inspiring.
