
Arsen Nikoghosyan is a Judge at the Criminal Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia, serving since 2018, with extensive judicial and prosecutorial experience in Armenia’s legal system. Previously, Mr. Nikoghosyan served as Judge at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan, and earlier as Prosecutor at the Corruption and Economic Crimes Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Alongside a distinguished judicial career, Mr. Nikoghosyan has held senior positions within the State Revenue Committee and the State Tax Service of Armenia, earning multiple honorary tax service ranks and titles.
An accomplished academic and trainer, Mr. Nikoghosyan lectures at Yerevan State University, the American University of Armenia, the French University in Armenia, the School of Advocates, and the Academy of Justice, delivering courses on criminal law, litigation, human rights, and tax law.
Arsen Nikoghosyan has also served as a National Consultant and Legal Expert for numerous international projects with the Council of Europe, UNDP and UNICEF, contributing to judicial reform, criminal justice, human rights protection, and probation system development in Armenia.
