Arpi Karapetyan, Ph.D.

Adjunct Lecturer

Dr. Karapetyan has joined the MSCBE team in 2016. Dr. Karapetyan teaches and lectures several courses on Career Development and Human Resource Management to masters students at American University of Armenia, French University in Armenia and Yerevan State University of Armenia since 2004. She received her master’s degree in psychology in 1995 and was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Social Psychology by Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography in 2014. Dr. Karapetyan’s postgraduate research paper was on the theme "Ethnic Psychology: Self-portrait of Armenians."

Arpi Karapetyan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cascade People & Business (www.cascade.am). Besides, she is the Founder & Chairman of Armenian HR Association (www.hrcommunity.am) and the initiator of Regional HR Conference. She is an Internationally Certified HR Professional (SPHRi, SCP), Internationally Certified Coach (ECC), trainer and consultant. Arpi has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management, 10 years of experience in Human Resources Consulting, Personal Training and HR Community Development, 5-years of experience in Personal and Group Coaching. She has numerous designed development programs for individuals and teams.
