Armine Vahanyan is an Associate Professor and linguist specializing in Russian and English languages, with over two decades of experience in higher education. Since 2003, she has taught languages and translation at several universities in Armenia. She earned her PhD in Linguistics from Yerevan State Linguistic University in 2014, following a joint BA and MA in Russian and English Languages (2002). In 2021–2022, she was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Arizona, where she conducted research on curriculum development for language programs in higher education. In 2023, she delivered lectures on translation at the University of Pitești, Romania, through the Erasmus+ mobility program. Dr. Vahanyan has presented her research at numerous international conferences and has authored more than 27 scholarly articles, co-authored the three-volume Psychology in English CLIL textbook, and contributed to two university Russian language textbooks. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering independent, lifelong learning.
