Ms. Shahoyan joined the American University of Armenia (AUA) Political Science and International Affairs (PSIA) program in February 2017 and since then is responsible for the PSIA program. Currently, she is coordinating Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy (MAIRD) and Master of Public Affairs (MPA) programs. Her tasks include but are not limited to organization of PSIA events, writing program-related news stories, coordination of the Erasmus+ mobility projects within the program, managing social media accounts along with the program website. She also serves as a member of AUA Staff Assembly representing College of Humanities and Social Sciences. In 2025, she was awarded a Staff Excellence Award at AUA.
Ms. Shahoyan holds a master’s degree in translation from Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences, and in 2025, she graduated from the American University of Armenia with the very first cohort of the Master of Public Affairs Program.
